Payment

We are pleased to offer you a choice of the following payment methods through checkout.

UK issued Credit and Debit Cards through NOCHEX. We can accept UK issued Credit and Debit card Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa, Electron and Maestro payments through Nochex. For payments up to £300 including postage, account sign up with Nochex is not required although purchases over £300 total will require sign up with Nochex. If you already have a Nochex account then their normal spending limts apply

UK Cheque Or Postal Order. Full details for payment are supplied during checkout and by email confirmation. Please note that goods ordered by cheque will not be despatched until payment has been cleared and special orders will not be actioned until payment has been received.

Despatch

We aim to despatch most orders within 10 working days, with most items being despatched within a few days. There are, however, very occasionally times when particular sizes or colours unfortunately go out of stock for a period of time. In these cases customers will be informed as soon as we know of a problem and given the option to either cancel or amend those parts of their order affected by delays or accept the item on back-order.

Orders for delivery in the UK will be dispatched from a central warehouse facility by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by Courier. Please note that we are unable to despatch to countries outside of the UK at present.

Delivery and handling costs are a flat £3.00 per order no matter how many items so no nasty surprises or hidden extras at checkout.

All orders are despatched in discreet plain packaging for your privacy.

Returns

Items found to be broken or damaged on receipt may be returned for replacement within 14 days of receipt.

For items that are not broken or damaged the following policy applies and will be strictly adhered to:

1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable - we are not a video hire shop or library.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

For the avoidance of doubt all of our Videos and DVDs are British Board of Film Censors Certificate 18 rated. We do not sell un-certificated or 18R Videos and DVDs.

Retuns should be sent to SJO Trading, PO Box 228, Hitchen, Herts, SG4 0WW. Please include full details as supplied with your order when returning goods as this will ensure that your order can be identified and refunded/exchanged as appropriate. If your order details cannot be identifed with your return then we will be unable to refund you.Please inform us before returning any goods (sales@dildo-rado.co.uk) for whatever reason. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for all returns.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

The type of information we may collect about you if supplied to us includes:

. your name, address, phone number and email address
. Delivery name & address if different
. Details of items ordered
. IP address from which the order was placed

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to allow us to us to collect the above information for the stated purpose of fulfulling your order.

All Credit and Debit Card transactions with us are handled securely through Nochex or Paypal as appropriate and we at SJO Trading / Dildo-Rado are never in possession of your credit card number. Never send credit card or other sensitive information by email, this information is only requested through Paypal or Nochex and at no other time. All of these systems use secure servers to collect and process your credit or debit card information

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We do use cookies to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site and to keep track of items that you add to your cart. This uses a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. If you modify your browser to prevent this happening, you may not be able to place orders on our site. The information collected in this way is stored against a 'session code' which time expites and can therefore not be used as a permanent identification by us.
